Travel and Accommodation

Maastricht sits at the intersection of Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands, making it a natural meeting point for Benelux leaders. Once in Maastricht, the compact city layout means hotels, restaurants, and cultural sites are all within easy reach.

Air

International attendees can arrive via Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST), Liège Airport (LGG), Eindhoven Airport (EIN),  Brussels Airport (BRU), Düsseldorf Airport (DUS), Cologne Bonn Airport (CGN) or Luxembourg Airport (LUX),  and thanks to the region’s excellent rail and highway infrastructure, attendees can easily transfer to Maastricht via train, car, or shuttle services.

Train

The Maastricht-Randwyck train station is 250 metres from MECC Maastricht, and is connected to an international rail network. There are also regular connections to Maastricht Central Station which is part of the (inter)national rail network. A bus leaves every five minutes from Maastricht city centre or Maastricht Central Station headed to MECC Maastricht (Forum MECC bus stop).
