
PIONEER Workshop: AI in Practice for Greener Projects – Using P5 & PRiSM-Based AI Prompts for Sustainable Project Management
How can AI support sustainability in real-world project environments? In this session, Frank Tassone presents a hands-on method to integrate a P5- and PRiSM-based sustainability assessment into existing organizational project frameworks using ChatGPT. Participants will learn how to leverage a standardized AI prompt to perform a 360° self-evaluation aligned with the Green Project Management (GPM) model. The approach empowers project managers and teams to assess and improve their sustainability impact—practically, efficiently, and repeatably. A ready-to-use prompt template will be shared and demonstrated live. The session combines practical AI application, sustainability thinking, and actionable project governance to inspire greener project results.

Biography
