Biography
Christina Sejr Pedersen has over 25 years of experience in the world of projects, both as a project manager, program manager, director of PMO, and VP of Project Management. She has led PMOs in both the Government, non-profits, international organizations, and private companies across various industries. She is the founding mother of the Half Double methodology and holds two international awards for her pioneering work with PMOs and new project management models.
