Registration

This exciting event is jointly organized by the PMI Belgium Chapter, the PMI Netherlands Chapter and the PMI Luxembourg Chapter. 

While all three chapters are proud co-hosts, please note that registration is managed by the PMI Netherlands Chapter, as the summit will take place in the Netherlands.

Chapter member discount

If you are an active member of PMI and the Netherlands Chapter, please log  with your PMI credentials to obtain the member price. Member pricing is applicable for members of the PMI Belgium Chapter and the PMI Luxembourg Chapter via special discount codes that have been provided via the respective chapter newsletters. If you are a Belgium or Luxembourg PMI chapter member and do not have the discount code, please reach out to your chapter representative.

How to register

1. Visit the PMI Netherlands Chapter Page
Go to BENELUX SUMMIT 2025 | PMI Netherlands.  Click the button labeled “Register for this event” to begin.

2. Login Options

  • If you are an active member of PMI and the Netherlands Chapter, please use the same username and password you use to log in at pmi.org.
  • If you’ve recently joined the Netherlands Chapter, please note there may be a delay of 24–72 hours before your login is recognized.
  • If you are a member of another PMI chapter or not affiliated with any chapter, please use the “Continue as Guest” option

3. Add other participants if applicable

  • Enter the first and last name of the primary attendee
  • Click “Add another participant” to register additional attendees.
  • Once all names are entered, click “Add to Cart.”

4. Proceed to Checkout & Add Personal Info
Click “Proceed to Checkout” and confirm or add any requested details.

5. Payment Method

  • The default payment method is iDeal.
  • After confirmation, additional payment options will appear, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, including premium venues, catering, and speakers, the PMI BeNeLux Summit 2025 operates under a strict no-refund policy.

Registration & Attendance

  • Registration is mandatory and confirmed via email invoice. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All sales are final. Once your registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Transfer of Tickets

  • In the spirit of the PMI Code of Ethics, we ask that you notify the Event Management Team as early as possible if your plans change.
  • While cancellations do not result in refunds, timely notice allows us make adjustments in our planning and offer the seat to someone else.
  • If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket to a colleague or another PMI member, please notify the Event Management Team at least 7 days in advance. Include the full name, email address, and PMI ID (if applicable) of the new attendee. Transfers requested less than 7 days before the event may not be processed in time.

How to Cancel

  • To cancel your registration, please email the Event Team at operations@pmi-nl.nl.
  • Cancellations are appreciated for planning purposes, but do not entitle you to a refund.
