Biography
Shushan Khachatryan-van Krimpen is Net Zero Production Program Manager in HEINEKEN where she specializes on driving the transformation of HEINEKEN into the greenest global brewer, through the development of innovative thermal and electrical energy solutions, implementation of renewable energy projects, and circular solutions in breweries across Europe. With over a decade of experience, she has managed complex, large-scale infrastructure projects in renewable energy, electric vehicles, telecommunications and sustainable finance for global companies and organizations such as Huawei,
NIO, T-Mobile, Liberty Global, VodafoneZiggo, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank. Shushan has also organized and hosted international forums and summits on sustainability, uniting diverse stakeholders and experts from emerging markets.
Shushan received a Business Sustainability Management certificate from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and is a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals.
