Innovator Workshop: Misunderstood everyone, how different generations can unite to fight decay as the situation is dire.

Europe is falling behind economically, socially, demographically, and conflicts are everywhere. We show here that this has been long coming, and how the slow death of innovation and society came.

Far from being defeatist, we look into the future. We propose solutions and brainstorm with the audience how to restart innovation, build a healthy future in their relationships, and make the best use of senior experts to prepare the next generation.

Learning goals summary:

  • To understand the reason for lack of innovation
  • To understand what drives the current generational divide and what we can expect soon with the new generation.
  • To come up with ideas on how to encourage innovation and make the best of aging workers.
