Uswa Ashraf Abduljawad is a strategist at Google with a passion for building bridges between markets, ideas, and cultures. For four years, she spearheaded digital growth initiatives in fintech and startup ecosystems across MENA, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn bold visions into scalable progress.

As a Libyan who grew up in Madrid and now calls Dublin home, Uswa has spent her life navigating diverse cultural landscapes. That background has given her a nuanced lens that mixes strong strategic thinking with emotional intelligence, enabling her to lead in environments where culture, context, and innovation intersect.
