PIONEER Workshop: Creating Experience-Driven Organizational Culture.
In this presentation, Experience-Driven Culture will be the intentional approach chosen to design an organization that creates an inspiring environment for workers, partners, customers, and extended group of stakeholders. The assumption will be that these cultures work well for organizations on the path of transforming and that execute this transformation work in the form of portfolios or projects and programs.
