Biography

Yolanda is a CEO and board director with extensive leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, life sciences technology, and innovation. As CEO of CiNTL Pharma, she led the development of agentic clinical research software that accelerates FDA and EMEA approvals.

She has held senior roles at Astellas and Sanofi, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, regulatory compliance, and operational turnarounds. Her board and advisory work spans Audit, Innovation, ESG, and DEI, with contributions to Avara Pharmaceuticals and AIAC, where she led a successful manufacturing turnaround.

Yolanda serves as President of the PMI Netherlands Chapter and sits on the Board of Trustees for The D’Oyle Carte Foundation USA. She champions inclusive governance and sustainable growth, with experience across public, private, and PE-backed firms.

She holds an MPH and a BSc in Biochemistry, and completed Yale SOM’s Women in Leadership and Women on Boards Program, where she now serves as an ambassador.

Fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in Dutch and Sign Language, Yolanda lives in the Netherlands with her husband and two children.
